Cowboy Ribeye

  • Cowboy Ribeye - 2.5 Pounds - 3 Inches Thick

    • 250 Degrees for 30 min to internal temperature of 110 degrees

    • Sear at 425 Degrees

  • Chicken Breast - Lemon Garlic, Italian Sausage, Bratwurst, Kiolbassa

    • 300 Degrees for 20 min, flip every 5 min to internal temperature of 160 degrees

Simple Bone-In Ribeye on Kamado Joe with Mesquite wood chunks. Mac rated it a 9 and Jet rated it a 10! I even got the grill marks down this time. 30min at 250 degrees to get to internal temperature of 110 degrees and sear at 425 degrees.

3 Days = 3 Types of steak…

  • Day 1 - 2 Grass Fed Ribeye: Mac 6, Jet 7

  • Day 2 - Cowboy Ribeye: Mac 7, Jet 10

  • Day 3 - American Wagyu ribeye: Mac 8, Jet 30!

Glad that it gets better each day! Wagyu burger with black truffle and cheese filing was a bonus!
