Summary
I've always been known as a technology thought leader and visionary who can be both hands-on to build the product and step back to manage and grow a talented team of individuals that can deliver on the vision. I have over 24 years of management experience (since 1999) and 34 years of programming experience (since 1990). I am motivated by challenging environments and high aspirations where my natural instincts, years of experience, and insights can help execute and achieve the vision/goal.
